A star-studded musical comedy with Bing Crosby as "Dick Tracy", Dinah Shore as "Tess Trueheart", Frank Sinatra as "Shakey" and Bob Hope as "Flattop".  "Snowflake" is played by Judy Garland with Jimmy Durante as the "Mole", the Andrews Sisters as the "Summer Sisters", Frank Morgan as "Vitamin Flintheart" and Cass Daley as "Gravel Girdy".  It's an all-star spectacular, with background on the cast members who step forward for a musical curtain-call.
