After hearing segments of the pilot show, this review of the Gunsmoke series takes on a back-stage setting.  The fun begins when the rehearsal of an episode called "New Hotel" is compared to the actual broadcast.  Marshall Dillon, Kitty, Chester and Doc Adams laughingly ad-lib their lines, before strapping on six-shooters for the real performance.  In a third adventure, Matt Dillon teaches a greenhorn sheriff the ways of a real lawman!
