It's a salute to Marie Wilson of the "My Friend Irma" series; with background on Marie's career as the crazy Irma Peterson.  In segments from the radio premiere, Irma meets her roommate Jane for the first time.  Excerpts from the series feature Irma's boyfriend Al, her housekeeper Mrs. O'Reilly and her boss Mr. Clyde.  When Irma mistakes a tax collector for a divorce lawyer, Mr. Clyde receives a bill from the government for $14,000.00!
